1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the SoulThread Syndicate platform, you agree to abide by our creative protocols and commerce regulations. Unauthorized access to secure syndicate sectors is strictly prohibited.

2. ARTISTIC COMMISSIONS

All art commissions are subject to individual briefs. Once a brief is authorized and production begins, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis within the syndicate hierarchy.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, illustrations, and gear patterns remain the intellectual property of SoulThread Syndicate unless explicitly transferred through a "Syndicate License" agreement.

4. COMMERCE & PAYMENTS

• Payments must be authorized through our secure gateways.
• Physical gear (Apparel) is subject to quality inspection before shipping.
• Shipping times may vary based on your sector location.

5. TERMINATION

SoulThread reserves the right to terminate agent access for violations of the Syndicate code of conduct or attempted protocol breaches.
