What is the typical delivery cycle?
Digital commissions typically take 7-14 standard cycles. Physical gear (Hoodies, Prints) is processed and shipped within 3-5 cycles of authorization.
Do you ship to my sector?
SoulThread Syndicate operates globally. We ship physical gear to almost every sector. Shipping fees are calculated at the final authorization stage.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be neutralized before production begins. For custom commissions, once the creative phase starts, cancellations may be subject to a syndicate handling fee.
What payment methods are authorized?
